If you think all the way back to August 20, you may recall that it was National Bacon Lover’s Day. Now it’s a new month, so we need a new day on which to appreciate bacon, and we’re all in luck: it’s International Bacon Day today! To celebrate, apart from eating bacon, which is no less likely today than any other day, I’d like to share with you a paragraph generated by Bacon Ipsum:
Bacon ipsum dolor amet shankle turkey bacon beef pork chop, turducken short loin corned beef. Shoulder cow jerky capicola alcatra. Tenderloin biltong tongue t-bone pancetta, shank burgdoggen shankle brisket landjaeger prosciutto turkey beef ribs. Pig tri-tip leberkas, pork beef fatback buffalo brisket prosciutto tongue ham hamburger. Strip steak tail tongue, pastrami doner flank ribeye buffalo swine frankfurter porchetta andouille alcatra. Beef ground round short loin, t-bone alcatra kielbasa rump corned beef burgdoggen hamburger andouille brisket jerky spare ribs. Leberkas flank spare ribs pork chop swine chuck strip steak turkey doner chicken ground round.
I know, sheer poetry, right?
P.S. Bacon.
