I may have mentioned once or twice that I’m not fond of onions. So, as you can imagine, I’m not a fan of soups like French onion soup and Vichyssoise, a creamy soup whose key ingredients are potatoes, onions, and leeks (which I find just as objectionable as onions). However, if you like Vichyssoise, or if you think you might based on its ingredients, well, today’s the day to have at it. In fact, you can have mine, too.
