On June 13, we celebrated Cupcake Lover’s Day, and as all cupcake lovers know, there’s no bad day for a cupcake. In fact, I think Thursdays are especially good days for cupcakes, and—oh look! It’s Thursday. It’s also October 18, which is National Chocolate Cupcake Day, as if we needed a special reason to eat cupcakes, and as if there were some other flavor besides chocolate.
